Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our jewelry.
Our jewelry is carded on recycled paper and packaged in a clear sleeve or jewelry pouch. When possible, we package two+ pieces per bag to reduce waste.
If you prefer tissue wrapping, please leave a note at checkout.
Our jewelry arrives on branded Token Jewelry cards. Please keep pieces on their original cards so Token Jewelry receives proper credit. Thank you for understanding!
We do not accept returns. Size exchanges may be available on a case-by-case basis—please contact wholesale@tokenjewelry.com for assistance.
All wholesale orders include a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects, broken chains, faulty clasps, incorrect sizing, and fulfillment errors.
If you experience an issue, email wholesale@tokenjewelry.com before sending or dropping off your item so we can help with the next steps.
We offer Net 30 payment terms to approved wholesale accounts. To establish a payment history, new customers are required to pay for their first and/or second orders at checkout. Exceptions may be made for retailers with an established ordering history.
Cap at $3,000 per order amount for net terms.
Returned payments and/or insufficient funds are subject to payment penalties and could be subject to prosecution and fines.
Orders are eligible for cancellation up to 24 hours after submission.
