Got Questions?
How do I join the loyalty program?
Simply sign up to create your account and start earning rewards! Having a Token Jewelry customer account is not the same as being an Insider. Make sure your account is activated so you earn points!
How can I earn points?
Earn points by signing up, making purchases, and more! Check out the Ways to Earn section for details.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in, visit your dashboard, and select the Ways to Redeem section to redeem your points for rewards. If you plan on using your reward online, redeem and apply to cart. If you want to use points in-store, save your points for us to redeem at the register. Please note, rewards cannot be combined with other discounts, sale jewelry, or Mystery Boxes.
Where can I see my points balance?
First, log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted in a box on the top of the page. You can also navigate to your dedicated rewards page to view your points balance.
Do my points expire?
Points will expire after six months if there isn't any account activity.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards expire 6 months after they are activated in your account.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday gift?
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it. This is for fraud protection, and you will still get your points after approximately 30 days.
I forgot to use my points at checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
Rewards cannot be applied on sale items, Mystery Boxes, or combined with other discounts.
