Retail Store Manager

Key Responsibilites:
Token’s Retail Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our store front, overseeing all aspects including sales, staff, inventory management, customer service, and ensuring the store meets sales targets by hiring, training employees, managing stock levels, implementing promotions and in-store events, and maintaining a positive customer experience; essentially driving profitability while upholding company standards and policies.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 2-years of Retail Management Experience
- Open availability for days, evenings and weekend shifts
- Visual Merchandising Expertise: An eye for aesthetics and a knack for storytelling through displays.
- Retail Leadership Experience: Proven success in leading a team and managing store operations.
- Passion for Fashion: A love for jewelry and a keen sense of style.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Dedication to creating a welcoming and inspiring experience for all.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to shift focus and prioritize effectively in a fast paced and dynamic working environment
- Proficiency with retail management systems and POS systems
- Understanding of retail sales strategies, marketing techniques and an understanding of the value of a strong retail team leader
- Can creatively find solutions that may arise in an ever growing environment

jewelry stylist
Location: Eau Claire, Wisconsin (In-person position)
Job Type: Part-time
10-20 hours per week, including weekends
We are looking for part time Jewelry Stylists who are able to dedicate 10-20 hours per week as a year-long position. Token Jewelry seeks those who thrive around people, especially if that means you can make others feel confident and special when styling jewelry collections! As a Stylist, you'll learn to attach permanent jewelry and assemble customizable charm bar creations, as well as travel to fun on-site pop ups and work in-store events!
Essential Skills:
- Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills and ability to problem solve
- Positive attitude, creative mind and team-oriented personality
- Self-starter who is detail oriented and takes initiative + able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization and multitasking skills
- Experience with social media content creation is preferred
- High school diploma is required
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
Role + Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service on the showroom floor
- Answer customer questions regarding products + services
- Merchandising jewelry displays
- Assist with pricing new jewelry
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with order fulfillment
- Expert knowledge of the Token products
- Knowledge of POS system navigation + functionality
- Willingness to learn permanent jewelry + our charm bar
