Returns & Exchanges

To request a return, please log in to your customer portal > HERE. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Token Jewelry and will accept unworn pieces in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for return or exchange. Please email us with your exchange request and specify your preference:

  • Exchange for the same item in a different length, size, etc.
  • Exchange for another item
  • Return for store credit
  • Return for a refund to your original payment (we will subtract a $5.00 return shipping fee from your refund)

Returns after 30 days are accepted on a case-by-case basis and a refund will be issued in the form of a gift card for online or in-store use, if accepted. Please do not ship your item until you've received confirmation from us that we will honor your return. 

Token Jewelry reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason.
If you purchased your item from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for their return policies. We cannot exchange or return any items purchased from one of our retailers.

When returning items, please be sure to package them securely and provide ample padding to protect the pieces during shipment. Token Jewelry will not be responsible for items damaged during shipment in any way. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for tracking your return, and are unable to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages.

Custom and personalized jewelry is not eligible for a return or exchange. If you notice upon receipt that your personalized or custom jewelry has a defect or there was a production error on our end, please reach out to us immediately at

Items marked final sale or purchased during a sample sale are not eligible for a return or exchange. 

If the item(s) being returned were a gift, please include the name of the purchaser in the email. You will be issued a gift card for these returns.

We offer a 90-day warranty for the following: broken chain, faulty clasp, wrong size, manufacturing defects, errors, etc. Please email us at to notify us about your item so that we can expect it in the mail or to be dropped off at the studio for inspection.
