Policies

SHIPPING: 

Each piece of jewelry is handmade in our Eau Claire studio. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery of your item(s). 

We ship via First Class USPS. Standard shipping does not include insurance and has limited tracking information. If your order is time sensitive, please feel free to contact us or include a note with your order and we will do our best to expedite production.

Token Jewelry not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit or returned to us due to an incorrect address. If you package is lost/stolen, we recommend contacting USPS directly.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Token Jewelry and will accept unworn pieces in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Any returns after this time are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Email us at hello@tokenjewelry.com to request a return or exchange. Please do not ship your item until you've received confirmation from us that we will honor your return. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost on returned items.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. An email confirmation of your refund will be sent to you. You should see the credit back to your credit card in 3-5 business days. If the original payment method is unavailable, the return will be issued as store credit in the form of an online gift card.

If the item(s) being returned were a gift, please include the name of the purchaser in the email. You will be issued a gift card for these returns.

When returning items, please be sure to package them securely and provide ample padding to protect the pieces during shipment. Token Jewelry will not be responsible for items damaged during shipment in any way. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for tracking your return, and are unable to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages.

If you purchased your item from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for their return policies. We cannot exchange or return any items bought from one of our retailers.

All custom pieces and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
